Unable To Print Case Form Information (Doc ID 2267197.1)

Symptoms

Unable to print case form in Argus.

Case Actions > Print > Case Form
or
Print button on Case Open screen

Note:
Select: Case Actions > Print > Medical Summary - This works fine


This issue started after reboot of the Reports and Transaction servers for performance issues

Right after the reboot, no printing of reports worked

Investigation showed that Authentication Parameters were deleted
After re-creating the Authentication Parameters, everything seems to work except for Case Print.

Error
401 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to invalid credentials.
You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open Case
2. Select: Case Actions > Print > Case Form
3. In the pop-up click the Print button
4. Get the Processing pop-up
5. Then get credential pop-up for the Reports Server
6. If Argus user credentials are entered, get the message:
    Server Error
    401 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to invalid credentials.
    You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.
7. If the Argus Global Account user (Argus Safety Windows service account) credentials are entered it works
