RMS Reports are not Getting Refreshed with Latest Data (Doc ID 2267902.1)

RMS reports not getting refreshed with current data.

Steps To Recreate:

1. Select an Created/ Approved an Purchase Order with Buyer related details in the Order Head Screen.
2. Run the Order Detail Report : System display the details as expected
3. Now Modify the Order at a header level. In Application : Remove the Buyer Code from the Order Header Screen
4. Run the Order detail report gain. Report : Still displays the previous data with Buyer
5. Run in different browser however the changes are not reflected.
