Reference to Bug 20552851 : Missing xml-source in the attachment section if case is auto-accepted as E2B
Initial version of the case was accepted from E2B pending screen and all was fine (no errors), however, the XML file and case difference report did not get imported into the case.
How can we diagnose the cause of this behavior?
