On : 5.5.1 version, Integra Apps
When attempting to run the Change Tracking Transfer job
the following error occurs.

Error in Notify Package. ORA-00936: missing expression
End of Change Tracking Transfer process.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the CCG
2. Run the Change Tracking Transfer Job using Immediate option from View jobs
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot get the job status to completed because of issues with Notification Jon of Change Tracking Transfer
