ORA-03135: Connection Lost Contact Error after a Successful Database Switchover (Doc ID 2270579.1)

Goal

Qn1:On : 7.5.0.14.0 version, Account Sync

After the DB switchover all other client applications are functioning well except oracle BRM application [ only dm_ifw_sync process is not getting started ]


Getting below error from  dm_ifw_sync process.


Some time dm process is not able to communicate with the database instance with provided timeout time. Updated the dm pin.conf with the below entry:-
dm dm_init_be_timeout 9999

 

But still facing the issue why ?
