On BRM: 7.5.0.17.0 version, Customer Care

Qn :How to view all historical payments, adjustments, and write-offs etc. historical A/R data?
For payments and adjustments transactions happened prior to the introduction of the newsfeed will not show up, and there is no single view in Billing care to view these historical transactions.
