ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Change Tracking Transfer job Shows Completed from in Backend Database and
Running in Front End of the Application
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Change Tracking Transfer job should show completed in Both Backend and Front End
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the CCG
2. Schedule the CCG : Change Tracking Transfer Job Program
3. Monitor the job status via View Current Job Screen

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot get the job status completed
