On :  2.3.1 version, ENV - Environment

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Audit Table not capturing the changes in Rate version table  


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
CI_AUDIT table should capture audit details.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enable the Audit in the Rate version table (CI_RV) as one noticed .
Go to Admin Menu->T->Table->Search for CI_RV table. Check the Audit Update Table and then save.
Enabled the audit program Using COBOL program type and program name as CIPZADTA in the test environment. CI_AUDIT table DID NOT capture the data after they changed to COBOL program as well.
2. CI_AUDIT table did not captured any data even though the application server is restarted after the configuration to enable to AUDIT.PFA
