Why Isn't Calendar Notifying Our Users Via Email? (Doc ID 2273598.1)

Goal

With Calendar version 6.3, there was an issue where the calendar was not notifying users via email.  The following error was noted at the time of this issue:

Is there a known issue with Calendar Server 7 that is similar to this issue?
