Unable To Log In To PDC

The user is having issues when logging into PDC. The user can authenticate with the user login and password, but keeps getting a blank page when loading the Setup or Pricing view.
The JDK version is 1.7.0_79.
The Oracle Application Development Runtime version 126.96.36.199.0
