Symptoms
On Oracle Communications Pricing Design Center(PDC), 11.1.0.8.0 version, Migration for PDC,
It is observed that the Discount Rules are not migrated in the correct order.
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The order of evaluation is incorrect as the Discount Rules are incorrectly migrated.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------------------
Need to ensure the migrated discounts will follow the same priority defined by the pipeline pricing during the processing in Elastic Charging Engine(ECE).
