Queries Regarding OrderRemoveEvent and OCA Events and Responses

Qn1: Customer pushed one work order through JMS and has received the order remove event, but the work order is not seen in database. What's the the behavior of the response event received and why it's not seen in database?
Qn2: How can we subscribe to events in OCA?
Qn3: If the Work Order is deleted from OCA, will a notification be generated for OSM (upstream)? This is to understand whether the notification will go to OCA or will be generated in XVT Event Topic?
Qn4: For this scenario, it's suspected that the Work Order has been deleted from OCA by some user, but we are unable to track it. So is there any OCA Audit log which can provide some information of who has deleted the WO?
