Goal

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management(BRM), 7.5.0.17.0 version, Customer Care

When creating a sub-ordinate account directly under an existing account or making an existing account as child account, a /payinfo object (with poid type as /payinfo) is getting created but it is not linked to /billinfo. Instead /billinfo.PIN_FLD_PAYINFO_OBJ is populated as "0.0.0.0 0 0".

Any reason why it is populated as "0.0.0.0 0 0"?
