Goal

The following 2 unique indexes names changed during the migration:
1. On the CISADM.F1_SVC_TASK_K table, the F1C475P0 index name changed to: F1C475P1
2. On the CISADM.F1_SYNC_REQ_K table, the F1T018P0 index name changed to: F1C475P1
