Search Fields In The Control Central Are Missing When Zoom Is Greater Than 100%

When zooming at 125%, some of the search fields in Control Central are not visible.

Steps to recreate:
1)Navigate to Control Central page using an IE browser
2)Observe that there are still fields below the Person ID Type/Value search fields
3)Continuously increase the zoom level until the fields and elements under the Person ID Type/Value fields become not visible.
Expected: All search fields should be visible.
