Actual Behavior
Process Stock Count Results (STOCKCOUNTPROCESS.KSH) job take an unusually long time to process the files.

For example on a test time observed was 11 hours to consume 240 files (approximately 2 minutes 45 seconds per file).

As another example with one file having 60,000 line items, it took about 21 minutes, whereas its preceding batch, Upload Stock Count Results from Stores/Warehouses (STOCKCOUNTUPLOAD.KSH), took only 5 seconds to process.

Expected Behavior
Expect STOCKCOUNTPROCESS.KSH to take the same time as that of its preceding batch STOCKCOUNTUPLOAD.KSH for the same volume.

Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run  STOCKCOUNTUPLOAD.KSH with a certain volume of line items (about 60,000).
2. It takes about 5 seconds to complete.
3. Now run the STOCKCOUNTPROCESS.KSH batch.
4. Notice that it takes bout 21 minutes.
