Symptoms
Actual Behavior
---------------
Process Stock Count Results (STOCKCOUNTPROCESS.KSH) job take an unusually long time to process the files.
For example on a test time observed was 11 hours to consume 240 files (approximately 2 minutes 45 seconds per file).
As another example with one file having 60,000 line items, it took about 21 minutes, whereas its preceding batch, Upload Stock Count Results from Stores/Warehouses (STOCKCOUNTUPLOAD.KSH), took only 5 seconds to process.
Expected Behavior

Expect STOCKCOUNTPROCESS.KSH to take the same time as that of its preceding batch STOCKCOUNTUPLOAD.KSH for the same volume.
Steps to Reproduce
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run STOCKCOUNTUPLOAD.KSH with a certain volume of line items (about 60,000).
2. It takes about 5 seconds to complete.
3. Now run the STOCKCOUNTPROCESS.KSH batch.
4. Notice that it takes bout 21 minutes.
