Symptoms

On :  5.5.1 version, Integra Apps

When attempting to view change tracking dashboard using a query 'system admin changes'
the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. CCG workbench > change tracking > sysadmin 12.1 >changes
 

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
can't view changes for sysadmin 12.1  using the query
