After Upgrade Of WebLogic From Version 12.1.2 To 12.1.3 - Access Synchronization Not Completing Successfully (Doc ID 2283687.1)

Symptoms

 8.6.6.5020: Access Sync/ETL fails on Weblogic 12.1.3. It works fine on Weblogic 12.1.2.

Caused by: java.sql.SQLException: Could not commit with auto-commit set on

1. On Weblogic 12.1.2, Upgrade to 8.6.6.5000 from 8.6.6.4000.
2. Run Access Synchronization. It completes fine.
3. Upgrade or install new Weblogic 12.1.3 ( with corresponding RCU,ADR)
4. Run Access Synchronization on the same datasource. It Fails.

Business Impact:
users cannot use Weblogic 12.1.3
