Attachment UI Is Not Getting Triggered In Custom Portal

On : CCB 2.5.0.2.0 version, ENV - Environment

Attachment UI is not getting triggered in Custom Portal

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
We are trying to invoke the attachment UI from a custom Portal through a zone, which is not getting invoked in all the environment.
In one instance its working fine but not getting triggered in the other one.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Attachment UI gets triggered.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Custom Portal

2. On clicking Add, UI MAP - F1-AttachmentUploadPopup, should get triggered.

3. UI is getting triggered on refesh of the page, but not in the same page.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Already into SIT and cannot showcase the functionality to user.
