On : 7.x version, Flow Rules
When attempting to launch a flow rule from PCG,the following error occurs.

Error Name WFNTF_ROLE
Error Message 3205: 'XXXXXX' is not a valid role or user name.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the GRC Control > Flow Rule
2. Launch the Rule for Approval
