Online Help Does Not Work In CCB 2.6 - "java.lang.NullPointerException" Error (Doc ID 2287021.1)

Goal

1. On CCB 2.6.0.0.0 ,on a fresh demo install, the online help of the application doesn't work. There is an error thrown during the startup of the application regarding online help.
