(Doc ID 2287589.1)
Last updated on MARCH 18, 2022
Applies to:
Oracle Communications WebRTC Session Controller - Version 7.2.0 to 7.2.0 [Release 7.2]Information in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
The LWPR is not forwarding the SIP re-register messages to the configured external registrar when it's working in single mode. (Where LWPR will track each registration and will only forward the first registration to the external proxy registrar). WebRTC Session Controller (WSC) sends out a REGISTER message with an Expiry of 3600, the external SIP registrar answers with a 200 OK. After this 200 OK, we don't see any RE-REGISTER message sent by WSC to refresh the registration on the external SIP registrar.
