Symptoms
In Oracle Financial Services Enterprise Financial Performance Analytics (EFPA) 8.0.2, in a setup that includes custom dimensions, when you run FN_MGMT_REP_MGMT_LEDGER to move data from FSI_D_MANAGEMENT_LEDGER to FCT_MGMT_REPORTING, the batch fails with the following error in FSI_MESSAGE_LOG:

ORA-02437: cannot validate (<atomic>.PK_IOT_FCT_MGMT_REPORTING) - primary key violated
You already added custom dimensions to the FSI_BI_SETUP_TABLE as described in the user guide so you expect them to be included in the primary key.
