ATP Is Returning Different Dates For The Same Quantity Depending On Request Date on Sysdate VS Request Date In Future (Doc ID 2289166.1)

ATP Inquiry is unexpectedly returning two different dates
Item in ORG A is setup for Transfer From ORG B in Sourcing

Request qty without a date, which is SYSDATE, ATP is returning the infinite lead time date based on the item's lead time of 365
However, when we request same qty on Day 10, ATP is looking up through the supply chain and finding a a supply at the source inventory org and quoting a date of next week

Please explain.
