Symptoms
On : 2.6.0.0.0 version, RT - Rates
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR --------------- When trying to configure Rate Component characteristics, the characteristic type dropdown does not show any values.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR ----------------------- When trying to configure Rate Component characteristics, the characteristic type dropdown should works.
STEPS ----------------------- The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps: 1. Create new Characteristic Type for the Rate Component entity 2. Execute flushAll after creating the characteristic type 3. Create new Rate Schedule 4. Create new Rate Version 5. Create new Rate Component Characteristic Type dropdown is not viewable
BUSINESS IMPACT ----------------------- The issue has the following business impact: Due to this issue, users cannot configure Rate Component characteristics.
