Post Installation of Patch on PDC9, Discount offers can't be accessed from PDC UI

Installed patch on PDC9 in two environments and the installation completed OK. But facing issue in both environments: when searched for a Discount Offer in the PDC UI and select one, the UI goes blank and it does not load anything.

Errors in Weblogic log:
