Order Confirmation Pop-up Page Is Taking Too Long To Load

On CC&B v2.

On pressing Show Eligibility, the eligible packages are displayed. On selecting the eligible package, Order confirmation page is taking around 2 min 30 secs to load. But on running the same transaction in Google Chrome, it is taking only 3 to 4 secs to load the Order confirmation page.

This should run faster.
Customer is and will be using IE11 as the browser platform for CC&B 2.5 SP2, as this is the recommended browser from Oracle for 2.5 SP2.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add Order
2. Select eligible package
3. On Order Confirmation page, system takes long to finish task.

The issue has the following business impact:
Huge impact on UAT and will have huge impact on Go-live.
