MetaSolv Solution version 6.2.1

Unable to use the Data Selection Tool that migrates Provisioning Plans.  This is the tool executed using the run.bat file.  The application throws a "java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError" error for "Can't load IA 32-bit .dll on a AMD 64-bit platform" when loading the Oracle client installation's C:\[PATH]\oracle\products\11.2.0\client\BIN\ocijdbc11.dll file.  Below is the error's complete stack trace received immediately after entering the appropriate logon information and clicking OK.

Recreation Steps

1. Download and install the Data Selection Tool from <Patch.22230540>: MSS 6.2.1 DATA SELECTION TOOL (DST)

2. Execute run.bat file

3. Enter logon credentials

4. Select the SOURCE database (1st available value from drop-down list)

5. Click OK and the logon window disappears with the "java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError" and stack trace displayed in the command prompt window

6. CTRL+C 

7. Select Y key to terminate batch job
