OCCAS Sip Container Is Not Prioritizing To Select IPV6 Address From Both A And AAAA Dns Queries (Doc ID 2294794.1)

Goal

On Oracle Communications Converged Application Server (OCCAS) version 5.0.3, the Session Initiation Protocol (sip) container is not prioritizing to select IPV6 address from both A and AAAA Domain Name Servers (DNS) queries.

In case the SIP container is already using the IPV4 address to send the outgoing Initial Invite, and not the IPv6.

Weblogic server should prioritize to use of IPV6 address to send the initial invite, instead of IPV4.
