Error While Cancellation of Product Purchased After a Change of DOM and Billing

On : version, Subscription Management

There was an error in product cancellation, purchasing after a change of DOM and billing.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Create an account at Feb 25 with DOM 25
2. Wait or move the time to March 5
3. Change the DOM to 5
4. Wait or move the time to the next billing date at Mar 25
5. Execute the billing
6. Wait or move the time to Apr 5
7. Purchase a product
8. Cancel the product just purchased
