Error While Cancellation of Product Purchased After a Change of DOM and Billing (Doc ID 2296158.1)

Symptoms

On : 7.5.0.16.0 version, Subscription Management

There was an error in product cancellation, purchasing after a change of DOM(Billing Day of Month) and billing.


STEPS :
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Create an account at Feb 25 with DOM 25
2. Wait or move the time to March 5
3. Change the DOM to 5
4. Wait or move the time to the next billing date at Mar 25
5. Execute the billing
6. Wait or move the time to Apr 5
7. Purchase a product
8. Cancel the product just purchased
