Convergence Advanced Print Shows "Building Calendar..."

Symptoms
On Convergence 3.0.1.3.0 for an all day event that is exceeding the current week, using Advanced Print gets stuck at "Building Calendar x of x"
For reproducing:
- just create an All Day event which exceed the week view e.g All Day Event for minimum 1 week length
- use Advanced Print, set Starts Week Number - current week , Ends Week Number - next week
The result is a blank page; it only says "Building Calendar x of x".
If we modify the event reducing the period to the current week and re-try the same Advance print, it will work.
