CAUSE is PO Data Corruption - ideally this condition cannot not exist in the applications
HOWEVER --- the BUSINESS IMPACT is production down for single corrupt line and is hard to find and quickly correct the issue.

Per discussions with SCHAUDHA - Collections DEV is asked to see if we can change the view to ignore the bad lines to avoid this production down business impact
MRP_AP_PO_SHIP_RCV_SUPPLY_V is built using view - MRP_AP_PO_SHIP_RCV_V - and this view could be modified to ignore 0 qty rows to help prevent PROD Down issue.
