CAUSE is PO Data Corruption - ideally this condition cannot not exist in the applications
HOWEVER --- the BUSINESS IMPACT is production down for single corrupt line and is hard to find and quickly correct the issue.

Per discussions with Collections DEV is asked to see if we can change the view to ignore the bad lines to avoid this production down business impact
MRP_AP_PO_SHIP_RCV_SUPPLY_V is built using view - MRP_AP_PO_SHIP_RCV_V - and this view could be modified to ignore 0 qty rows to help prevent PROD Down issue.
