Currency Decimal Position Configuration Should Allow More than Two Decimals

Symptoms
On RMB v2.3.0.2.0 against FW v4.2.0.2.0, Anomaly with respect to Amount formatting when currency has decimal precision as 3 digits.
ERROR

Alert Message shows:
Invalid number:
Too many decimal places.
Message number: 11001,1405
ACTUAL RESULT
-------------------------------
Currently system alerts and does not allow using 3 digit decimal places for currency amount.
EXPECTED RESULT
--------------------------------
System should not prompt the alert message since system was configured to accept 3 digit or more decimal places.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open an existing Account which has at least one frozen bill
2. To create Adjustment, Click + Go To Adjustments menu from the Context Menu of the Account
3. In Adjustment Screen, when BHD currency is selected, based on the Currency level decimal setup, it automatically detects 3 decimal places and populate with 0.000
4. Select Currency as BHD & Enter 1.002 in Amount Field
5) User has to delete a digit, otherwise it prompts the alert message and does not allow 3 digit decimal
6) On tabbing out, system itself is appending a "0" to make the total count as 3.

Due to this issue, users get confused and not using correct 3 digit decimal amount.
