Symptoms

On : BRM 7.5.0.17.0 version, Billing Care User Interface (BCUI)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
* It has been observed that opening of accounts in BCUI is taking a long time.
* Opening the account is taking between 10 - 15 seconds.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expectation is that account should open up in about 5 seconds.

STEPS
-----------------------
Launch Billing Care UI
Open an existing account
Note the time taken
