Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

ENHANCEMENT REQUEST

Requirements

Users are unable to remove existing services from a PSR once they have been copied.
Once you select an existing service on a PSR, you are unable to remove it.

Right-clicking and selecting "Remove this Item" throws a message stating that it cannot be removed.

So if a user accidentally picks the wrong circuit, they have to cancel the PSR and start all over again.

There should be an easier way to remove unwanted copied items.
