Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management(BRM), 7.5.0.14.0 version,

Call Duration or data usage quantity is not displaying in the response of opcode 'PCM_OP_BILL_GET_ITEM_EVENT_CHARGE_DISCOUNT', when having multi rum impact.

Here the user needs usage duration /data usage quantity to display for all usages made by customers.
