CDI Scheduling Gantt disappears when scrolling across multiple days
Most dispatchers are having issues when they scroll the CDI Scheduling Gantt across multiple days causing the gantt chart section to disappear (the Crew Shift list remains). It can only be restored by refreshing Internet Explorer, not just the MWM Refresh button. This issue does not seem to occur when the Collapse Empty Time is set to false.
Logon Dispatcher Shift with a range of at least 3 days
On the CDI Scheduling Gantt, ensure the Collapse Empty Time setting on the Gantt Display is set to true (this is the default)
Zoom in on the Scheduling Gantt enough to read Task Type Codes on the Tasks, at least 2-3 clicks.
Use the horizontal scroll bar to scroll continuously across multiple days. The Scheduling Gantt disappears.
This is happening on 5 out of 6 dispatchers. Those 5 users are all using Windows 7. All users are using Internet Explorer 11.
1 user who does not encounter the issue using Windows 10, but the IE11 is higher.
