Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management - Version 7.5.0.16.0 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
Scenario:
There is a customization that splits the tax balance impact on an event into several balance impacts.
This is needed due to General Ledger (GL) reporting requirements for different jurisdictions.
In Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) 7.2 when adjusting an event, the adjustment of taxes is correctly applied to all tax balance impacts. With BRM 7.5 this is no longer the case; only the first tax balance impact is being adjusted.
Actual Behavior:
-----------------
BRM can no longer correctly adjust taxes for events with more than 1 tax balance impact.
Expected Behavior:
-------------------
BRM should continue to support more than one balance impact for taxes.
