Rating Framework Did Not Start and Produced a Core Dump

Symptoms
On : 7.5.0.14.0 version, Pipeline Manager
There was a core dump while restarting rating framework.
Details:
05/15 8:34pm, the process was up, sent a stop command to the framework
05/15 8:43pm, the stop seemed to be over and worked correctly
05/15 8:49pm, sent a start command
05/15 8:50pm, only some pipelines started, a core dump got produced whereas the start process was not over
05/16 0:40am, sent a stop command, it did nothing because the process "/product/brm/brm75/ifw/bin/ifw_nomalloc -r conf/db3/rating.reg" was not found
later, stop and start commands were sent until the framework started properly
What is the reason behind this behavior?
