After Updating SSL Certificates Receiving 403 Response from Application (Doc ID 2307879.1)

You are in the process of updating your SSL certificates.  While following the same steps you performed on the last cert update and everything appears to be correct, you are receiving a "403 Forbidden" response when launching the application.


Managed Server .out file:

2017-09-08 07:43:07,734 WARN servlet.JarRedirect:293 - /opt/weblogic/Oracle/Middleware/user_projects/domains/nms/servers/<SERVER NAME>/tmp/_WL_user/cesejb_1. is unsigned

Other errors that may appear:

2017-09-08 07:40:32,344 ERROR session.Agent:171 - TestGatewayConfig failed
com.splwg.oms.ejb.ConfigException: Some Services are down. Run smsReport to verify

2017-09-08 07:42:25,655 WARN ejb.ValidateBusinessMethod:293 - MessageBean.registerListeningTools user [nmsejb] does not match [multispeak] or both values are null.
