Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When users log in via Citrix\Terminal Server, their User Preferences, which write to the PM.ini file, are not being saved.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

User Preferences should be saved and be available for the next login.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into P6 via Citrix\Terminal Server.
2. Change User Preferences.
3. Log out and back in.
4. Notice user preferences are not saved.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot maintain their saved User Preferences, which write to the PM.ini.
