With Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CCB) to Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management (MDM) v2 integration, users in CCB do not see button to activate an inactive Usage Subscription (US) in MDM.
In CCB, this would equate to Pending Stop > Active, or Stopped / Closed > Reactivated.
How does a user in CCB reactive an inactive US via the Service Agreement screen?
