ORA-01858 Error Running Ledger Stat Undo Run Executable (Doc ID 2310688.1)

Symptoms

In PFT 6.1.1, when running the Ledger Load Undo by executing the script LEDGER_LOAD_UNDO.SH the following error is found in the agentstartup_xxx.log:
