dapIF Interface Does Not Send Requests to ASP when the Queue is Full (Doc ID 2311663.1)

Symptoms

Service Logic Controler (SLC) process, dapIF, was hung and it did not trigger the Simple Object Access Protocol(SOAP) request to the Notification Manager until the process was restarted. Due to this issue the customers did not receive the system notifications.

The system logs the following messages were reported:
