ISS Keeps Trying to Auto Delete Non-existent Accounts (Doc ID 2312385.1)

Symptoms

Seeing this 12 times per hour in the iss-indexsvc.log.0 log:

However, this user account: <USERID> has been deleted and removed from both the backend MS store AND the LDAP directory quite some time ago (the details of how and when it was removed is not available).  It appears ISS keeps trying but fails to authenticate and unable to remove or autodelete this account.

Changes

User account was removed from backend MS store and LDAP years ago, but no record of how this was done is available.
