Symptoms
On : 7.5.0.15.0 version, Collections Manager
While running pin_collections, it is noticed that if the event poid is sent as null in the input flist while calling PCM_OP_AR_RESOURCE_AGGREGATION. Its core dumping. There should be a legitimate error returned.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Create a customer
2.Run billing for next 3 cycles[Make sure the payment is allocated to the bills]
3.Change the customer credit card with Expired card/Bad card.
4.Run next month billing and payment collection should fail and account should enter into collection and 15th day collection action should be created.
5.Credit Adjust of previous 2 bill charges.
6.Execute billing on 15th day and observe below core dump in cm_billing.
