On :CCB 2.4.0.1.0 version, SAR - SA Relationship
SAACT Completes Existing To Do Entries
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR ---------------
Base Batch SAACT completes existing To Do Entries instead of keeping them open when the same error is encountered by the record.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR ----------------------- SAACT batch should not complete existing ToDo entries when same error is encountered on a re-run.
STEPS ----------------------- The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps: 1. Run SAACT with record to be processed in error; To Do Entry is created 2. Batch Run Successful 3. To Do Entry is created 4. Run SAACT again, no changes made to record to be processed; Error logged to Batch Run Tree; To Do Entry Completed 5. Batch Run Successful, Error is Logged 6. To Do Entry is completed.
