On : 1.9.1.2.5 deployed on WLS\FnR=10.3.6\11.1.2.2.0 Windows

Not able to connect to the WAM DB instance > WAM module cannot be loaded successfully


ERROR

FRM-40815: Variable GLOBAL_RULES_LIST does not exist.
ORA-12154: TNS could not resolved the connect identifier specified
