Symptoms

Unable to use CCB with two browser instances at once and with the same user.

 

steps to reproduce:

Logged in to CC&B using IE (browser 1). Opened now instance of IE (browser 2). Logged in to CC&B as well.

The task was to copy information from browser 1 and user it on a Search Page in browser 2.

Once an address search is done in Control Central it would have a pop up message of
