ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Having an issue where a lower-priority PM is not being superseded by the higher-priority one, as follow:
Example: If we have 3 PMs with the following priority: PM1 < PM2 < PM3. PM1 is not superseded by PM3 but PM2 does. In other words, PM1 has a different WO than PM2 and PM3.
Further more, all 3 PMs schedule collide on the same date. All PMs also have the same Cycle Lead Time of 11 days.
